Business Dashboard

Your shop, ads, emails and reviews on one page, refreshed overnight. Each morning, it picks out what changed and shows the numbers behind it.

AI sums it up in a short brief to read, check and forward. Every number says where it came from and how far to trust it.

What it makes

Everything that comes out of one night. The shop and its numbers are made up.

One page, ready each morning

Your sales, ads, payments, emails, reviews and spreadsheets, pulled onto one page overnight. Each source is set up for your business, for example Shopify, Stripe, Meta ads or Klaviyo. It uses the platform’s own connection where there is one, and the exports you already download where there isn’t.

Biggest changes since last week

It picks out the biggest changes since the same day last week, with the number behind each one. Plain code does the counting, and AI writes it up in plain English.

Where your ad money comes back

How much comes back for every £1 you put into ads, channel by channel, from your real ad results rather than estimates. Each figure shows how many ads it’s based on. Too few, and it says “not enough data yet” instead of guessing.

What top videos have in common

AI notes what’s in each of your videos, like a pour shot in the opening seconds. Plain code then compares your top quarter with the rest, and shows how many videos each finding is based on. Findings are marked “worth trying” until a separate check backs them up.

What’s picking up speed

It flags what’s suddenly getting more attention, like a video whose views jumped over the last two days. It looks back at what’s happened, not ahead. If sales haven’t followed yet, it says so.

What customers keep asking

It counts the questions and complaints that keep coming up in your reviews and comments, like which grind to buy. It also picks out customers’ own words, handy for your product pages.

Every number shows its source

Every number is labelled as real money, an estimate, or from a file you uploaded, so you know how far to trust it. The “?” on each box says where it came from. If a source stops updating, the page flags it in yellow.

A brief to check and forward

A short, dated brief in plain English, written by AI around the few numbers you care about. Before you see it, code checks that quotes match word for word, and holds the brief back if it has a number that isn’t in your data. The wording is the AI’s, so give it a read before you forward it.
