I’m Brandon from Chorley. Bottom set at school, First Class at uni, now I build custom AI tools. Still terrible at buying presents.

What if I’m not happy with my tool?

I have a 100% refund policy. If you aren’t happy with a tool, contact me personally at contact@brandonrutlidge.com and you get your money back.

How much will it be?

There’s a charge to build your tool, then a monthly charge that keeps it running and covers maintenance and the improvements you want made. Every tool is different, so once I understand the job I’ll quote for it, with no obligation to go ahead.

Does sending the form commit me to anything?

No. It’s just a message to me. I read every one myself and reply personally by email, from contact@brandonrutlidge.com.

It’s just me. Is my business too small?

Not at all. Sole traders are welcome, which is why the form starts at “Just me”. Whether it’s just you or a whole team, the tool is made to fit your business.

What if I don’t know what tool I want?

That’s fine. A rough idea is plenty. Tell me what your business does and the jobs you’d rather not do, and I’ll suggest some ideas.

I’m not techy. Will I have to set it up myself?

No, you don’t lift a finger. I build it and set it up for you. It’s made to fit the way you already work, so there’s nothing new to learn.

Can’t I just use ChatGPT or an app?

You can, but you might find you’re still doing most of the work yourself. I know how that feels. I build a tool around one job in your business, so you can let it do that job instead.

What if something goes wrong after it’s set up?

I’ll fix it. Keeping your tool working properly is part of the monthly charge, and you deal with me directly, the person who built it. Just email me at contact@brandonrutlidge.com.

How long will it take?

It depends on how complex your tool is. Once I understand what you need, I’ll tell you how long it should take, before you decide anything.
